#3: Learn New Skills and be Inspired! A creative class allows you to explore a new skill or new art materials. I love to explore so many mediums to mix up also. Learning new techniques, perspectives, and following a creative path can spark fresh ideas and creative thinking in other areas of your life.
#4: Stress Relief: Taking time for yourself to paint, write, or craft can reduce stress, anxiety and enhance mental health. Creativity is a wonderful way to relax and be in the present moment, improving our mood also. I always feel so refreshed after making art.
#5: Create Meaningful Keepsakes: And last of all!
